Job summary

Kapok Limited, a leading independent lifestyle and fashion retailer in Hong Kong, seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple stores and drive sales targets. You will manage store performance, training, and customer service standards to uphold our brand experience.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with buying and logistics, recruit and develop store managers, and present performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on multi-unit operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational improvements.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of multiple retail locations to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze KPIs and operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
• Motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, and to ensure merchandising and visual standards.
• Maximize sales opportunities and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Use customer feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying and logistics, to ensure smooth running of retail stores.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
