The Dairy Farm Company, Limited is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner Assistant Manager/Manager in Hong Kong. You will partner with business leaders to align people priorities with business goals, advise on organization design and talent management, and drive change initiatives across a matrix retail environment.

You will lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and employee engagement while coaching leaders on performance management and employee relations.
