Job summary

Link Compliance Pte Ltd is recruiting a Retail Manager to oversee its retail business across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Based in Hong Kong with approximately 10 stores, you will report directly to the CEO and be hands-on on the retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance and operations of about 10 stores across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
• Lead, coach and challenge Store Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Own sales, store KPIs, productivity and overall commercial performance.
• Spend significant time in stores to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze store performance, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity to spot growth opportunities.
• Foster a strong sales culture, ensuring teams are proactive, competitive and customer-focused.
• Support manpower planning, performance management and talent development across the retail network.
• Collaborate with merchandising and inventory teams to ensure right product allocation by market and store.
• Monitor competitors and market trends across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
• Provide regular business updates and action plans directly to the CEO.

We are supporting an international premium fashion brand in hiring a Retail Manager to oversee its retail business across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Based in Hong Kong | Approx. 10 Stores | Reporting directly to CEO

This is a highly hands-on and sales-driven leadership role.

We are looking for someone who loves being on the retail floor, understands the numbers, pushes for results and knows how to turn around underperforming stores. This is not a desk-based management position - the successful candidate will be expected to stay close to Store Managers, teams and customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales performance and operations of approximately 10 stores across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
• Lead, coach and challenge Store Managers to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Take strong ownership of sales, store KPIs, productivity and commercial performance
• Spend significant time in stores, identifying performance gaps and driving immediate actions
• Analyze store performance, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT and individual productivity to identify growth opportunities
• Drive a strong sales culture and ensure teams remain proactive, competitive and customer-focused
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, performance management and talent development across the retail network
• Work closely with merchandising and inventory teams to ensure the right product and stock allocation by market and store
• Monitor competitors, customer trends and market opportunities across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
• Provide regular business updates and action plans directly to the CEO

Who We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in fashion, premium lifestyle or luxury retail
• Current or previous experience as an Area Manager, Retail Manager, Senior Store Manager or similar multi-store leadership role
• Strong track record in driving retail sales and improving store performance
• Highly commercial, target-driven and results-oriented
• A strong floor leader - willing to visit stores frequently, coach teams directly and get involved when there is a problem
• Comfortable managing different markets and cultures across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
• Strong analytical skills with a very good understanding of retail KPIs
• Confident, energetic and able to challenge Store Managers and push teams towards ambitious targets
• Cantonese and Mandarin required, with good working English

We are also open to a high-performing Senior Store Manager who is ready to step up into a regional multi-store role.
