Job summary

Lan Kwai Fong Hotel in Central Hong Kong is seeking a reservations professional with energy, creativity and a passion for service. You will handle daily reservations by phone, fax, email and online channels, and enter details accurately.

The position requires a hospitality qualification, at least 1 year in hotel operations, and strong communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome and shift work is expected.

Qualifications

• Certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year relevant hotel industry experience.
• Knowledge of Opera system and MS Office would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Willing to work on shift; Fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer’s daily reservations received by phone, fax, email and online channels.
• Answer all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally according to hotel standard.
• Enter reservations detail accurately.
• Maintain the filing system accurately.
