Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guests’ requests and inquiries
• Handle in-house and outside telephone calls and emails, process requests professionally and correctly
• Be accountable for tracking all guest requests and issues
• Be familiarized with the handling of equipment in Call Centre
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors
