Job summary

Regent Hong Kong, reimagined at Victoria Harbour, is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to join our guest-centric team on site. You will assist the reservations team with daily tasks, respond to guest enquiries, and become knowledgeable about the hotel's products and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field, 1+ years' experience (OPERA PMS preferred), and fluency in English and the local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1+ years' related experience, including reservations or sales.
• Experience with OPERA PMS.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Fresh graduates considered.
• Senior Reservations Sales Agent if more experienced.

Responsibilities

• Assist the reservations team in daily tasks and responding to guest room enquiries.
• Ensure that all guest interactions are at the highest level adhering to Forbes and IHG True Hospitality standards.
• Be knowledgeable of all of the hotel's products and services.
• Respond to guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Regularly communicate with guests to ensure expectations are met.
• Assist in delivering the revenue target of the hotel by making upsell and cross sell revenue targets.

• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Reservations Sales Agent
