Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in CS, telecom, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in international SMS or internet/telecom operator-related industries.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities, self-motivated, team-oriented, quick learner, and results-driven.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Understand local telecom SMS policies, pricing, and regulations; support product positioning.
• Develop and manage enterprise clients for international SMS/A2P services; drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom operators, aggregators, and strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and account management.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure payment collection and credit control.
• Work with internal teams (product, tech, operations, compliance) to deliver client solutions.
