Job summary

China Telecom Global Limited is seeking a professional to oversee international voice and A2P SMS routing and pricing operations from their Hong Kong base. You will manage global termination costs, develop tiered pricing schemes, and support China Telecom sales teams with pricing intelligence.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in telecom, with strong English communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Job description

Oversee international voice and A2P SMS routing and pricing operations.

Manage termination and operational costs across global destinations, execute voice/SMS traffic routing, and maintain international numbering plans for worldwide destinations.

Build and update pricing tables, develop tiered wholesale pricing schemes, and provide sales support for China Telecom sales teams.

Investigate and resolve SMS‑related service disputes.

Define functional requirements for pricing and routing systems, and collaborate with system vendors to enhance system capabilities to satisfy business requirements.

Coordinate with the Network Operation Center (NOC) to process fault tickets for international wholesale voice services.

Conduct periodic business performance analysis and produce corresponding reports.

Engage with customers and drive enterprise SMS service sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Management, Finance or Economics.

Minimum 3‑years of working experience at incumbent or competitive telecommunications operators.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Capable of delivering against tight deadlines, multi‑task efficiently, with solid organizational and communication competencies.

Self‑motivated, well‑organized team player.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
