Job summary

China Telecom Global Limited is seeking a professional to oversee international voice and A2P SMS routing and pricing operations from their Hong Kong base. You will manage global termination costs, develop tiered pricing schemes, and support China Telecom sales teams with pricing intelligence.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in telecom, with strong English communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Management, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in telecom operators.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international voice and A2P SMS routing and pricing operations.
• Manage termination and operational costs across global destinations and route traffic.
• Build and update pricing tables and tiered wholesale pricing schemes.
• Investigate and resolve SMS-related service disputes.
• Define functional requirements for pricing and routing systems with vendors.
• Coordinate with NOC to process fault tickets for international wholesale voice services.
• Conduct periodic business performance analysis and produce reports.
• Engage with customers and drive enterprise SMS service sales.
