Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior corporate development professional in a remote-first role. You will develop relationships with blockchain projects, founders, and VCs, sourcing and evaluating new listings for Binance.com and Binance Alpha.

You’ll maintain a strong project pipeline, support due diligence, and drive internal approval processes while representing Binance at global events. Ideal candidates have 8-10 years of asset listing experience in crypto, sharp analytical skills, and strong

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding & relevant experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• 8-10 years of relevant asset listing experience in crypto business/venture capital/exchanges.
• Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with entrepreneurs and startup communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with the project community, crypto founders and top VCs.
• Proactively source and identify new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on Binance.com and Binance Alpha features.
• Ensure a strong and continuous pipeline of solid projects for listing.
• Provide input on the due diligence process, evaluating opportunities via team strength, competitive analysis, tokenomics.
• Drive internal approval processes and present listing rationale to senior leaders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated deal sourcing and terms negotiation.
• Attend relevant global events and represent Binance.
