Job summary

Binance seeks an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager to nurture and grow key affiliates and channel partners globally. This role emphasizes retention, revenue growth, and risk awareness over cold acquisition.

The ideal candidate understands crypto affiliate ecosystems, is relationship-driven, and can balance growth with compliance and platform interests across LATAM, MENA, and SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFDs or trading platforms.
• Familiar with affiliate ecosystems, commission structures and rebates.
• Experience in B2B partnerships or KAM roles.
• Understanding of affiliate lifecycle and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates and partners.
• Drive performance across user acquisition, trading volume, retention and revenue.
• Monitor metrics and identify risks or opportunities.
• Handle disputes and escalations professionally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal.
• Design joint campaigns and incentive programs with affiliates.
