Job summary

TEWS Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Service Manager for China to lead service delivery across APAC.

You will oversee field service, installation, commissioning, and training for our devices, coordinating with German HQ and local teams. The role requires 5–7 years of regional service management experience, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel regularly within the region and to Germany for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of regional service management experience.
• Experience in field service and support.
• Ability to manage cross-border teams and escalations.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to Germany for training and team building purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional service requests across APAC markets, primarily mainland China.
• Onsite installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and reports for customers.
• Serve as main technical contact between customers and German HQ, coordinating technical issues.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalations and support local service teams on site.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in Germany to enhance customer experience.
