TEWS Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Service Manager for China to lead service delivery across APAC.

You will oversee field service, installation, commissioning, and training for our devices, coordinating with German HQ and local teams. The role requires 5–7 years of regional service management experience, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel regularly within the region and to Germany for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of regional service management experience.
• Experience in field service and support.
• Ability to manage cross-border teams and escalations.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to Germany for training and team building purposes.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional service requests across APAC markets, primarily mainland China.
• Onsite installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and reports for customers.
• Serve as main technical contact between customers and German HQ, coordinating technical issues.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalations and support local service teams on site.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in Germany to enhance customer experience.

With our regional footprint expanding, we are seeking a highly capable Regional Service Manager for China to strengthen our service leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional service requests across multiple APAC markets, primarily mainland China
• Carry out onsite installation, commissioning, troubleshooting of our devices as well as provide technical training, service maintenance and reports for customers
• Serve as the main technical contact person between customers and German HQ, coordinating technical issues and after-sales matters.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Manage escalations, provide solutions, and support local service teams on customer site.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in Germany to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of service management experience, ideally in a regional role.
• Solid experience in field service and support'
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Ability to manage cross-border teams, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin required
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to Germany for training and team building purposes
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently from home as well as being a good team player.
