Job summary

WeMaintain in Hong Kong seeks a Technical Manager to lead and train our field teams, ensuring lifts and escalators are serviced on time. You will shape our field operations and contribute to the evolution of our tech stack with frontline input.

Applicants should hold a Higher Diploma or equivalent, ideally a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong problem solving, and clear communication. RLW/REW license desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical management or field operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Chinese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Organise the technical work of field teams to keep lifts and escalators in service.
• Conduct on-site technical training for field teams.
• Manage performance and provide guidance to technical engineers.
• Perform site audits to ensure best‑in‑class quality.
• Provide expert advice on technical resolutions to problems.
