Job summary

WeMaintain in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Manager to lead, train and improve our field teams, ensuring lifts and escalators are serviced on time. You will shape how we work in the field and drive the adoption of new technologies.

The role requires a diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and an RLW/REW license. You will communicate across teams and ensure quality, safety and effective maintenance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Holder of High Diploma or equivalent or above.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferrable but not essential.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• RLW/REW license or certification.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience interpreting blueprints/technical diagrams.
• Strong communication skills for leading teams.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and drive industry change.

Responsibilities

• Organise the technical work of our field teams ensuring efficiency and that lifts/escalators stay in service.
• Conduct technical training on site with field teams.
• Manage the performance of technical engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct site audits of teams and ensure best-in-class quality.
• Provide expert advice on technical resolutions to technical problems.
