Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mid to high-end restaurant/hospitality operations management (6 to 13 restaurants).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a team effectively.
• Good Cantonese & Mandarin would be useful.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and systems to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant network operations, ensuring brand standards and KPIs.
• Oversee all restaurant operations: food prep, service, inventory, and facilities.
• Analyze metrics and create plans to improve profitability, productivity, and service quality.
• Lead and develop a team to build a high-performing operation.
• Collaborate with executives on strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Foster positive culture; coach staff to boost engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Identify and implement operational improvements and cost savings.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract customers and drive sales.
