Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group's Teak House in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead F&B service, guiding Members through a memorable dining journey with personalized service while developing a high-performing team alongside the Outlet Manager. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, manage staffing to meet needs, and ensure service excellence from reservation to departure, coordinating with the Culinary Team to uphold Carlyle & Co.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in all-day dining.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Hands-on experience in restaurant administration.
• Strong command of English; Cantonese/Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional dining journey for Members across the F&B service.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage staffing levels.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Team and outlet manager to uphold Carlyle & Co. standards.
• Engage with Members to seek feedback and foster positive relationships.
• Train the team on menu items, service procedures, and Member service.
• Lead department briefings to maintain clear team communication.
• Estimate equipment and supply needs and manage budget compliance.
• Represent Teak House when the outlet manager is unavailable.
