Job summary

North Viet Catering Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a strategic and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead core store operations across 40+ outlets. Reporting to top management, you will oversee operational performance, service excellence, QSC standards, and profitability, guiding leaders and front-line teams for efficiency and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of operational management experience in multi-unit F&B retail, with at least 3+ years in Head of Operations / Senior Operations Manager.
• Proven track record in managing fast-paced, multi-brand restaurant chains and large front-line teams (500+ staff).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen.
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence & QSC: Establish, drive, and monitor end-to-end standards across all branches.
• Financial & Cost Control: Manage budgets, food and labor cost, and store P&L.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead operations managers, area managers, executive chefs, and branch managers.
• Expansion & Renovation Execution: Coordinate new store openings and renovations with HQ.
• Crisis Management & Customer Experience: Handle escalations and customer feedback with swift solutions.
