Job summary

Carlyle & Co. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Teak House at Town Club in Central, Hong Kong. You will oversee daily operations, manage staffing and service standards, and drive profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid food handler certification with knowledge of local liquor licensing and labor laws. Competitive salary with bonuses.
