Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a seasoned operations leader to oversee the daily management of Michelin-star restaurants in Hong Kong. You will drive cross-department collaboration to boost efficiency and lead an energetic team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in relevant sectors, with a track record in luxury western restaurants or hotels and fine-dining environments. A five-day work week and hotel benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• 10 yrs' exp. in luxury western restaurants/hotels/fine dining.
• 8 Days of Holiday per Month and 12 Days of Annual Leave.
• 5-day work week with hotel benefits provided.

• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of Michelin-star restaurants.
