Job summary

Roasters Specialty Coffee House Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations at our flagship Hong Kong SAR location. • Excellent communication skills for guest, team, and management interactions.
• Solid background in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in coffee, café or restaurant settings.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management, including conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage budgets, read basic financial reports, and control costs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software.
• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in F&B preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Cantonese or other languages is an advantage.
