Job summary

Aqua Green Limited is seeking a Regional HR & Administration Manager to build a strong, sustainable regional business across offices in Asia. You will shape HR policy, lead recruitment, and oversee daily HR operations while coordinating with an outsourced IT partner.

Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure consistent policies, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements. The role requires experience across multiple locations, strong communication, and hands-on leadership to support

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations across multiple regions.
• Proven policy development and employee relations skills.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external providers.
• Experience with outsourced IT services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain regional HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily HR operations across regional offices.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll inputs, leaves and records.
• Manage recruitment with heads and agencies; monitor costs.
