Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee regional HR across multiple Asian markets. You will collaborate with finance and business leaders on workforce planning, analytics, and cost optimization while managing full HR operations and compliance across regional offices.

The role requires a minimum of 12 years in HR Generalist roles, with at least 6 years in senior leadership. Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines (Overseas Graduate is preferable).
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with at least 6 years in a Senior HR Leadership / Director-level capacity
• With proven experience in a Regional HR capacity.
• Demonstrated track record supporting cross-border teams and partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple Asian markets.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related Legislation
• Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the CFO, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the regional HR function.
• Partner closely with Finance and business leaders on workforce planning, people analytics, headcount management, staff cost budgeting, productivity improvement, and cost optimization to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks
• Ensure overall employment compliance, labor relations, across regional offices while overseeing workforce tracking related to funded development projects
