Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Regional HR Leader to manage the HR function across the region, reporting directly to the CFO. The role focuses on workforce planning, people analytics, headcount management, and cost optimization aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline (Overseas graduates preferred).
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with at least 6 years in a Senior HR Leadership/Director role.
Proven track record in Regional HR with cross-border teams across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Hold end-to-end responsibility for the regional HR function, reporting to the CFO.
Partner with Finance and business leaders on workforce planning, people analytics, headcount management, staff cost budgeting, productivity improvement and cost optimization.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks.
Ensure employment compliance, labor relations, and workforce tracking across regional offices, including funded development projects.
