Job summary

Hoper Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Regional HR Manager to lead a regional HRBP function across Asia for a multinational client. The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on HR operations.

You will shape people strategies, oversee compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and employee relations, and partner with regional leaders to drive organizational design, talent pipelines and performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience with regional HRBP or generalist roles across Asia (at least 3–4 years in a regional remit).
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficient with modern HRIS platforms and AI tools.
• Strong cross-cultural stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or rapidly growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HRBP across Asia offices, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll vendors, salary reviews and market benchmarking.
• Manage end-to-end regional recruitment for mid-to-senior roles to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Handle complex employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Drive performance management, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
