Job summary

The Hong Kong Club in Central and Western District is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, coordinate reservations, and support daily restaurant operations. You will work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome; fluency in English is required, Chinese is helpful. Experience with Sevenrooms is a plus, and a cheerful, organized, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience with Sevenrooms booking system.
• Cheerful, polite, well-organized, and proactive in service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to club standards.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes and cancellations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and events team for smooth service.
• Act as Restaurant Ambassador and ensure dining satisfaction.
• Assist daily restaurant operations.

Job description

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation

Responds all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally

Works close with the kitchen team for eventorganising

Promptly address guests' requests, actively listen to and resolve complaints

Handle all reservations requests, changes and cancellations received by any channels

Acting as Restaurant Ambassador upon guest arrival and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experience

Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant

What we are looking for:

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

Fresh Graduates are welcome, with relevant experience will be an advantage

Good command of both written and spoken English, preferred Chinese but not must

Have experience with Sevenrooms booking system

Cheerful and polite attitude

Well organized and a good planner
