Job summary

Aqua Restaurant Group is seeking a guest services professional in Hong Kong to manage reservations and seating arrangements and to greet guests warmly at arrival.

The role requires strong English skills; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus. You will handle inquiries and complaints by phone or email with professionalism, ensuring a smooth dining experience for customers across the group.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Good command of English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Pleasant, presentable with good communication skills.
• Good telephone manner.
