Feather and Bone Holdings Limited on Hong Kong Island is seeking a dedicated restaurant professional to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supporting dining room operations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will handle inquiries, take orders, upsell when appropriate, and collaborate with colleagues to create memorable experiences for every guest. A 5-day week and a friendly team await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated willingness to develop skills and knowledge.
• Responsible and supportive collaborator within a team environment.
• Valid work visa and eligible to work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints via phone or email with professionalism and positive manner.

Collaborate with guests to accommodate requests for special occasions, dietary restrictions, birthdays and other events.

Actively engage in upselling and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience during booking and arrival.

Execute other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor / manager.

Requirements:
