Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a hospitality-focused service professional for a fine-dining setting. You will greet guests warmly, present menus confidently and take accurate orders, coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.

As part of a high-standard team, you will deliver dishes and beverages with attention to timing and presentation, monitor tables, and respond promptly to guest needs. English fluency is required; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year or above relevant experience in a quality Western restaurant or hotel.
• Passion for hospitality, with a warm and professional service attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage comfortably with local and international guests.
• Well-groomed, punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure during busy services.
• Good command of spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin
