Job summary

Jia Group Holdings Limited is seeking experienced hospitality professionals in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional fine-dining service. You will ensure timely service, knowledge of the menu, and elegant presentation in a high-profile venue.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, team collaboration, and adherence to SOPs. Training and staff development are offered to maintain top standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in fine-dining restaurants is preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to deliver excellent service in a high-profile venue.
• Strong presentation and conversational skills.
• People-centric with ability to develop and grow with the team.
• High energy level and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests within a specified time and maintain service standards.
• Set tables according to event type and SOPs.
• Answer menu questions and assist with selections.
• Communicate with kitchen on menu inquiries, wait times, and availability.
• Check guest satisfaction after each course and beverage.
• Clear and return used dishes to the assigned area.
• Review order dockets for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure restaurant standards and SOPs are consistently implemented.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks on equipment and supplies.

Job description

Ensure guests are serviced within a specified time.

Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.

Able to answer any questions regarding the menu and assist with menu selections.

Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.

Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.

Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages

Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to the assigned area.

Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.

Ensures restaurant standards and SOP's are consistently implemented.

Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

• Possess experience working in fine-dining restaurants would be advantageous
