Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is currently assisting a leading international bank in Hong Kong to recruit an Operation Officer (Project Based). The role focuses on audit operations, client data review, and clerical tasks for private banking clients.

Candidates with relevant banking operation experience are welcome. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese, with a proactive and meticulous approach to documentation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Relevant working experience in operation field within banking/ Financial Services sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring operational processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
• Assisting in the execution of daily operational tasks and resolving issues efficiently.
• Coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless workflow and process optimisation.
• Monitoring and reporting on operational performance metrics.
• Supporting the implementation of new operational strategies and systems.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
• Providing administrative support to the Ops Department as needed.
