Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Operations Officer (Project based) to support banking operation, audit review, and client documentation checking for private banking clients. You will ensure processes comply with policies and regulations, assist daily tasks, and coordinate with teams to optimise workflows.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in business administration or related field, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Relevant working experience in operation field within banking/ Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring operational processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
• Assisting in the execution of daily operational tasks and resolving issues efficiently.
• Coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless workflow and process optimisation.
• Monitoring and reporting on operational performance metrics.
• Supporting the implementation of new operational strategies and systems.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
• Providing administrative support to the Ops Department as needed.
