Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree holder.
• Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business and operational projects with front office, risk, support functions and senior management.
• Drive stakeholder management and communications across internal teams with progress updates and decisions.
• Analyze business processes, performance and risks to identify improvements and support informed decisions.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations in English and Chinese.
