Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Compliance Advisory professional for a project-based focus on private banking regulatory and policies. The role emphasizes monitoring, policy development, and regulatory reporting within a global compliance framework.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in compliance within banking/financial services, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in compliance regulatory and policies within banking/ financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance reviews and prepare related reports.
• Support regulatory filings and regulatory inquiries (SFC S181/S182).
• Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance matters.
• Keep updated on regulatory developments in financial services.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks and support ad hoc projects.
