Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• Fresh grads encouraged; internship in banking is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboards is beneficial.
• Interest in private banking ops, process improvement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Analyze operational processes to identify improvements, risks and control gaps.
• Perform data analysis and prepare management reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance and technology.
• Support UAT, including test prep, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, and governance records.
• Assist in developing and updating SOPs and user guides.
• Support change initiatives and contribute to training and communication activities.
