Job summary

SCMP is seeking an Assistant Manager, People Data and Technology to elevate HR operations, analytics, and digital transformation from our Causeway Bay office. You will steward the BIPO HRIS, drive data governance, and partner with tech teams to roll out AI-enabled HR workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS within a multinational, with strong data analytics, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, CS, IT, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HRIS within multinational/large corporation.
• Hands-on experience with BIPO is advantageous.
• Proven track record in digital transformation or AI initiatives within HR.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary steward for HRIS (BIPO) and related apps with high uptime and data governance.
• Lead UAT with Product & Technology and coordinate system upgrades and digital workflows.
• Champion process automation and AI-enabled HR capabilities.
• Deliver HR analytics reports and dashboards on a regular schedule.
• Refine data models and metrics based on stakeholder feedback for leadership insights.
• Create and maintain SOPs, manuals, and SCOOP knowledge base; train HR staff.
• Support annual payroll, audits, leave management, and tax filings; assist in C&B processes.
• Support strategic HR projects and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
