Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong seeks an HRIS/Workday professional to translate HR priorities into technology and analytics solutions. You will ensure a seamless HRIS experience for the local team, resolve data issues, and collaborate with Group and regional teams on Workday enhancements and adoption.

The role focuses on developing workforce insights for CHRO and senior leaders, improving data governance, and driving digital transformation across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in HRIS, Workday, HR operations, or people analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM, reporting, system enhancements, or HR transformation projects.
• Strong ownership and learning agility, with regional or global stakeholder exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Translate Hong Kong HR priorities into effective technology, analytics, and process solutions.
• Champion a seamless HRIS experience for the Hong Kong team by proactively resolving user enquiries, workflow challenges, and data issues.
• Partner with Group and regional teams to deliver Workday enhancements, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Develop workforce insights to support the CHRO and senior leadership decision-making.
• Strengthen HR data accuracy, governance, controls, and documentation.
• Manage and continuously enhance Workday-supported employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant HR transactions across the employee journey.
• Drive HR projects, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
