Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Human Resources Manager to act as a trusted HR Business Partner and lead HR-driven projects across the organization. The role will focus on partnering with business leaders, improving HR processes, and delivering data-informed initiatives using analytics tools and modern HR technology.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, you will drive workforce planning, talent management, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience with process improvement and project delivery.
• Experience in insurance or regulated financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an HR Business Partner to assigned units for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end HR projects including process redesign and workflow automation.
• Use HR analytics, dashboards and technology to measure HR effectiveness and support decision-making.
• Support capability building, employer branding and internal talent movement aligned with business needs.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements; manage stakeholders.
