Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Around 6 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• Experience in HR transformation, digitalization or HR technology projects is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in leveraging automation and AI tools in HR.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive mindset, with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and service delivery.
• Assist in talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.
• Lead and contribute to HR transformation and process improvement projects.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and HR metrics.
• Analyze HR data to improve workforce planning and employee experience.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and salary benchmarking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive HR initiatives.
