Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR leader in Hong Kong to drive end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and compliance across frontline and office roles. The role partners with NGO stakeholders and leads HR digital transformation with AI tools while ensuring governance and data privacy.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems. Immediate availability preferred; seniority may guide role level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in human resources.
• Experience in sizable company preferred.
• Familiarity with HR digital platforms and AI tools is an advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for frontline and office roles using sourcing channels, screening methods, and structured interview processes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support HR initiatives and talent programs.
• Manage payroll operations, MPF contributions, tax filing, and leave administration with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations and internal HR policies to support accurate and audit-ready records.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, employee programs, and data-driven retention efforts.
• Assist in HR digital transformation by improving processes and supporting HR systems/tools; leverage AI and automation to enhance workflow efficiency, data reporting, and HR operational performance.
• Establish and maintain responsible AI usage practices in HR operations, including data privacy, fairness, transparency, and governance to minimize bias.
