Job summary

SOCAM Development Limited is seeking a dedicated HR professional to oversee payroll-related tasks, MPF contributions monitoring, and general HR administration. The role involves on-site support and handling employee relations within a small, dynamic team.

You will ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, liaise with staff in both English and Chinese, and support day-to-day HR operations while contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Completed Secondary 5 or equivalent.
• Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferred.
• 2 years’ full-time working experience in personnel management or HR related duties.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & relevant labour legislation.
• Good computer knowledge preferably with experience on the operation of a computerized smart-card system.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Require to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Human Resources duties including the monitoring of the payment of wages and MPF contributions.
• Handle Employee Relations issues.
• Provide on-site support in relation to Human Resources & Administration duties.

Education
