Job summary

KOS International Limited based in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support full spectrum HR operations and the employee lifecycle across frontline and corporate populations.

You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, policy guidance, recruitment support, performance and engagement initiatives, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related discipline.
• HR generalist with payroll exposure.
• Experience in mass retail or labour-intensive environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting frontline workforce.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Detail-minded, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Senior candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with internal/external parties.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle employee inquiries and advise on HR policies, benefits, attendance, and leave.
• Support recruitment for frontline and office-based roles.
• Contribute to performance management, engagement and training initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and manpower statistics for management.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law and internal policies.
• Participate in HR process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
