Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Business Analyst to support a strategic mobile app and digital transformation initiative for a global retail client. The BA will translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver enhancements across the mobile customer journey, collaborating with product, UX/UI, and technology teams.

The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories and use cases, and driving end-to-end journey improvements across mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in mobile app, digital, eCommerce, CRM, or customer-facing projects.
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Analyse end-to-end mobile app customer journeys and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support app features, enhancements, and system integration requirements.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect management, and implementation activities.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
