Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Business Analyst to support a strategic mobile app and digital transformation initiative for a global retail client. The BA will translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver enhancements across the mobile customer journey, collaborating with product, UX/UI, and technology teams.

The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories and use cases, and driving end-to-end journey improvements across mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in mobile app, digital, eCommerce, CRM, or customer-facing projects.
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

My global retail client is looking for a Business Analyst to support a strategic mobile application and customer experience transformation initiative. The BA will work closely with business, product, UX/UI, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver enhancements across the mobile customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows

Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Technology, and business stakeholders

Analyse end-to-end mobile app customer journeys and identify improvement opportunities

Support app features, enhancements, and system integration requirements

Requirements
