Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support a customer-facing mobile application and digital initiatives for a leading hospitality and entertainment group.

You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and journeys, and work with business, product, development and UX/UI teams through the full project lifecycle from design to UAT. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis or digital project experience.
• Hands-on experience with mobile apps or customer-facing digital products.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories and journeys, and conducting UAT.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical/development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for digital/mobile products.
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements and user journeys.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers and UX/UI teams.
• Support the full project lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing and UAT.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify business and user needs and translate them into practical digital solutions.
