Job summary

Chubb in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled business analyst to gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and customer journeys, and help shape requirement specifications.

You will collaborate with project sponsors, product owners, system owners, architects and delivery squads to design practical digital solutions, review technical documents, and drive testing from planning through UAT and post-implementation review.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, and translate them into user stories and requirements specifications.
• Assess business objectives, pain points, and dependencies, and support requirement prioritization and backlog refinement.
• Evaluate and prioritize change requests & new digital initiatives from business and digital workstreams.
• Collaborate with sponsors, owners, architects, and delivery squads to define scalable digital solutions.
• Review technical documents to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutioning.
• Define test strategy and plans; coordinate testing, UAT triage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide BA support across the project lifecycle and facilitate SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation review with stakeholders.
• Maintain traceable project artefacts including documents, specifications, decision logs, and meeting minutes.
• Support team goals by taking on related duties and projects as business needs require.

• Provide business analysis support across the full project lifecycle, and facilitate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment support, and post-implementation evaluation with business and technical stakeholders.




• Maintain traceable project artefacts, including requirement documents, functional and technical specifications, decision logs, meeting minutes, and action trackers.




• Support team goals by taking on related duties and projects as business needs require.
