IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support a customer-facing mobile application and other digital initiatives in Hong Kong.

You will gather requirements, write user stories and journeys, and work with business, product, development and UX/UI teams from design to UAT, ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis / digital project experience
• Hands-on experience with mobile apps or customer-facing digital products
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, user journeys and UAT
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join a leading hospitality and entertainment group in Hong Kong, supporting a customer-facing mobile application and digital initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for digital/mobile products
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements and user journeys
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers and UX/UI teams
• Support the full project lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing and UAT
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Identify business and user needs and translate them into practical digital solutions

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis / digital project experience
• Proven hands-on experience working on mobile apps or customer-facing digital products
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, user journeys and UAT
• Experience working closely with business and technical/development teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Hospitality, loyalty, membership, rewards or other consumer-facing digital experience is a plus.
