Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of related experience in technology industry, preferably in consultancy.
• Experience in sizeable digital transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology.
• Basic understanding of mass public transportation operations and related processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience in requirements management, process modeling, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and stakeholders to design solutions for business initiatives (Web, Mobile, IoT, and other digital platforms).
• Translate approved requirements and designs into specifications, process flows, and testing requirements.
• Support project planning, timelines, resource estimates, and SOWs.
• Review existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.
• Work with client IT teams on vulnerability management, security compliance, and remediation.
• Execute project implementation activities per standards, governance, and procedures.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities while delivering quality on time.
