Job summary

Accenture Technology Solutions (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Business Analyst - Digital Forwarding. You will engage business users to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements, and design solutions for Web, Mobile, IoT and other digital platforms.

Translate requirements into functional specs and testing plans, support project plans and SOWs, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure secure, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor3s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3 years in technology industry, preferably consultancy.
• Experience in a sizeable digital transformation project.
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience in requirements management, process modeling, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and stakeholders to design solutions for digital platforms (Web, Mobile, IoT).
• Translate approved requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and testing requirements.
• Support the Project Lead in preparing project plans, timelines, resource estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Observe, review, and analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.
• Work with client IT teams on vulnerability management and security remediation.
• Collaborate with client IT to execute project implementation per standards.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities with high-quality deliverables.
• Demonstrate proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented attitude; drive issues to closure.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
