Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to lead mobile app and eCommerce transformation initiatives. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and map end-to-end customer journeys across apps and platforms.

You will coordinate with business, IT, developers and vendors, manage complex system integrations, and support SIT/UAT, testing, and documentation. Immediate availability is preferred to keep project recovery on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BA experience in mobile app or ecommerce projects.
• Experience with complex system integrations.
• Strong requirements gathering, user stories, and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Review existing requirements, identify gaps, and rebuild incomplete documentation.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys across App and ecommerce processes.
• Manage requirements involving multiple system integrations (customer, product, order, payment, loyalty).
• Liaise with business, IT, developers and vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Support SIT/UAT, test cases, defect management, and requirement validation.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and missing requirements to support project recovery.

Requirements

• Good stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Able to work effectively on an ongoing/recovery project with incomplete requirements
• Immediate availability preferred
